REUNION UPDATE: The Inn on Barons Creek has been extremely accommodating in modifying our arrangements. They will be able to provide us with all of the same facilities and amenities reserved for this year's reunion. They have automatically changed all individual room reservations to the new dates so there is no need to cancel your current reservations. Although they have your credit card on file to hold the reservation there have been no charges to anyone's card. If you find that you cannot attend next year's reunion you can cancel the room reservation.
INN ON BARONS CREEK HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
OS&AS has negotiated a special room rate of $109/night plus tax (currently 13%) with the Inn on Barons Creek, 308 S. Washington St., Fredericksburg, TX 78624. This is an all-suite hotel (king or double queen) with parking, hot breakfast buffet, internet access, exercise facility, and heated pool included in the room rate.
You must call the hotel at 830-990-9202 to make reservations requesting the “Old Salts” reunion rate. The reunion rate is not available online. Make your hotel reservation prior to March 19, 2021 for this group rate. Reunion room rates may not be available after the March 19 cutoff date. Pre- and Post-Reunion room rates are $160 per night.
Note: If you made a room reservation last year it has been carried forward to this year. You will still need to call the hotel to confirm your reservation and be sure to mention last year’s reservation.
